The previous website was not very functional. There was limited ability to customize the website without custom coding as well as outdated user experience, which resulted in a conversion rate of 0.56%. We needed a website that ran seamlessly for users and incentivized sales. Without an in-house dev team, it was also important to launch a new website that could be maintained by a team that does not have a background in coding.
